BY-LAWS OF THE GRAND PAVILION HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.

ARTICLE I

NAME AND LOCATION

The name of the Corporation is The Grand Pavilion Homeowners Association, Inc. hereinafter referred to as the "Association".  The principal office of the Corporation shall be located at Wild Dunes, P. O. Box 388, Isle of Palms, South Carolina  29451, but meets of Members and Directors may be held at such places with the State of South Carolina as may be designated by the Board of Directors.

ARTICLE II

DEFINITIONS

To the extent applicable, the Definitions set forth in Article I of the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of The Grand Pavilion Homeowners' Association, ("Declaration") to which these By-Laws are attached are hereby incorporated herein as if set forth verbatim.

ARTICLE III

MEMBERSHIP

Section 1:  Association Membership.   Membership in the association shall be as set forth in Article III, Section 1, of the declaration.
